What kind of areas  can be worked on?

  • Anxiety management sessions for children, teens and adults

How it works

Whenever working with an adult or young person and their family or carers, it will be using the following framework:

  1. Gathering information via an assessment form and informal chat

  2. Talking to adult or young person and an adult with parental responsibility in terms of specific goals they would like to achieve

  3. Ensuring clients are on board with wellbeing tools to be used, timeframes and expectations (including self guided work to be done at home)

  4. Sessions primarily online as this works very well, although face to face is available in and around Coventry and Warwickshire.

  5. A mix of EFT, Picture Tapping, NLP, mindfulness and CBT based tools to be used over the agreed number of sessions (see below for more information on modalities)

Key modalities used

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "Tapping", is rapidly gaining a Global reputation for achieving remarkable results for a wide range of Emotional issues including anxiety and phobia relief and resolution in as little as a few sessions.

Picture Tapping is a magical blend of EFT (Tapping) and Art based expression. Picture Tapping really is a gentle way to get to and release deep rooted fears and anxieties. It is loved by children and adults alike.

Relaxation including breathwork, meditation/ mindfulness and heart coherence activities.
